Heat stress Unfortunately, the museum is not air-conditioned. Some areas can get very warm. Fans and hand-held fans can be borrowed from the ticket office. At a Heat Warning Level 2 / Extreme Heat (apparent temperature above 38°C) the museum will remain closed. At a Heat Warning Level 1 / Severe Heat (apparent temperature above 32°C) Tu.-Fr. 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Saturdays: 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. Sundays:10 a.m. - 4 p.m. These may differ for events or guided tours. Approach Dogs in the Museum Out of consideration for our exhibitions and exhibits, some of which are delicate, as well as the carpets in the museum, dogs are unfortunately not permitted. Exceptions apply for assistance dogs, such as guide dogs for the blind. Thank you for your understanding!
